In some teeth, intrinsic coloration caused by congenital or some medications and external coloration caused by consumption of foods (tea, coffee, etc.) and smoking are seen. These discolorations, which adversely affect the person's appearance, can be lightened by one or several shades of tooth color with various chemical agents. This process is called office type whitening and is completed in one or a few sessions under the supervision of the physician. When necessary, it is recommended to use a special plate for the patient, which we call home-type bleaching, for a week as described. In this way, the treatment is completed.
